Is the item not damaged?
No problem, you don't have to give a reason for the return, but a reason would help us to improve in the future.
Returning the item is very simple:
- Pack the item carefully so that it is not damaged in transit. It is best to use the same packaging in which it was sent to you, as this also protects the environment.
- Important: Enclose the delivery bill or a note with the order number on it so that we can assign the return correctly.
- Make sureyou put sufficient postage on the shipment, as we will have to deduct the additional costs from the refund amount for unstamped shipments.
- Once we have received the return, we will refund you the corresponding amount
As soon as we receive the shipment, you will receive a return confirmation e-mail and we will refund the credit to the payment method used. For prepayment orders, please provide us with your bank details.
